I am a 30 year old professional male, looking for a nice place to rent in Tunbridge Wells and surrounding areas (Wadhurst, Lamberhurst, Goudhurst etc).
I work in the publishing industry, ideally looking for a one bedroom flat/house, large studio or annexe. Bills included would be preferable but not essential. Ideally unfurnished.
I have two very well behaved and clean house cats!
I have been living in the centre of Tunbridge Wells for the last two years, but my landlord is selling the house, so I am looking for something ideally from the beginning of July.
